1. Site operator and contracting entity
For purchases made directly through the zenkai.education website, the contracting entity is UAB Kerbera, registered at Linkmenu g. 19-123, LT-08217 Vilnius, Lithuania, VAT No. LT100018170917. Accesses to the platform activated under agreements with schools, institutions, or public procurement arrangements may instead be governed by separate contracts, conventions, or enterprise licenses already executed outside the site.
2. Service scope
zenkAI provides digital tools for study support, educational content generation, interaction with AI models, and related features. Available functionality may vary depending on the active plan, available credits, and service configuration.
3. Account and security
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration, for keeping credentials confidential, and for all activities carried out through their account. Users must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or misuse of credentials.
4. Acceptable use and restrictions
The platform may not be used for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant purposes. Users may not bypass technical or contractual limits, compromise service security, scrape data without authorization, abuse APIs, or upload content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Uploaded content and user responsibility
Users remain responsible for the content, documents, and materials they upload to the platform and represent that they have the right to use them. AI-generated outputs are provided at the user's request and must be critically reviewed before educational, evaluative, professional, or decision-making use.
6. AI services and limitations
AI services may generate inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contextually unsuitable results. zenkAI does not guarantee that every output will be correct, complete, or fit to replace the judgment of a teacher, tutor, or qualified professional.
7. Plans, credits, and feature access
Some features are available only under specific plans or within usage thresholds, including AI credit quotas. Credit consumption, access to particular tools, and applicable pricing depend on the active plan and the rules published in commercial pages or account settings.
8. Service availability and updates
We may modify, update, limit, or discontinue parts of the service for technical, legal, operational, or security reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes affecting platform functionality.
9. Suspension or account closure
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, security or compliance risks, or failure to comply with applicable commercial conditions. Users may request closure of their account at any time, subject to any legal or administrative retention requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, zenkAI is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of opportunity, or decisions taken on the basis of generated outputs, except where liability cannot be excluded in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Final verification of the suitability of any content for its intended purpose remains the user's responsibility.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The latest version is published on this page with the revision date; continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, unless the law requires additional notice.
